Default Stock tires/aftermarket rims
so my vehicle still has stock steelies:16x6 and tires: P195/60R16 on it.
im on a budget so im thinking of just getting some 16in rims and putting them on the tires. problem is all the rims im finding are 16x7 .. does anyone if this will work? or will the rims not fit correctly?

also has anyone ever purchased rims from pepboys? are they of good quality?

i dont see there being a problem with putting the 16inch rims on your stock tires. should fit with no issues i would believe. never bought wheels from pep boys. i dont think it matters where you get your wheels as far as quality, you just want to look at the brand. do some research and there are lots of options out there.

nlmotoring.com is a great site to find wheels for our car at great prices

shouldn't have any issues. there's always ebay for wheels too.

Shouldn't have problems. I swapped mines for 16x7 oz records when I first started. I just think the width is wayy to narrow lol

any updates? i did the same: stock tires on Drag-DR31 in black. I LOVE them, looks like the Work wheels. Purchased from discount tire direct.

later when the tires wear down i'll swith to 205/55's.
