Im looking to add a Cb antenna on the back any ideas? or will this firestik mount work? couldnt tell from the pix... sorry Im new to all of this... so please feel free to teach me LOL
Most likely a CB antenna will have to be side mounted... Height wise the CB antenna would be redonculous on the roof of the xD. But please post pics if you get it set up I am intrigued to see how you mount it.
well, here's about the best shot I can find of my xD that shows the small 12" Ham Radio antenna I mounted behind my sharkfin... it's just a mag-mount on the roof with the cable running through the hatch... I agree with Ted, though - a large CB antenna on the roof would probably make the xD look like an Radio-Controlled dune buggy...

well, when i come out, be prepared to laugh. i got a 12" whip antenna mag mount on mine. LOL it's for my fire scanner.
