SO can someone please explain what this camber does to the tires, they must really wear unevenly then, do they not? Or are the wheels also toed-in a bit to offset the wear or something?

as i posted, using these shims would allow you to run a wider/lower offset than normal. but since there are about two xD's using really wide/low offsets, we'll see where it goes. if toe is corrected, the wear won;t be that bad. i still wonder at what drop the toe IS corrected
Ok camber alone will not necessarily eat through the tires any quicker (depending on amount) but in correct toe will eat through the tires more. The cool thing about realcamber.com is their xb shims were able to do up to a -5 degrees without and major wear because the shims also helped keep the toe within tolerances.
If you look on the realcamber.com website they have an aligment sheet showing the results and it you look everything is within normal tolerances except the camber and the -3degree shims actually gave like -4 degrees.
Again since the toe and all is still in tolerances the tires will not eat through tires that much faster than normal. Plus it can/will help with cornering.
Hope that helps

I hope they do I am working on the wife letting me get some. I think I can persuade her. I just really want these to help with the looki want to go with
OK, well gee, I really could use these all the way around, all 4 of my tires scrape the wheel well liners at the lip over any little dip... I've got a bit too much offset for the height I'm sitting at...and I don't want to buy new wheels again, already my second set.

I am still changing a couple of things also on these. and the set I am working on will be done this friday prolly. so after I try these ones out again I will start production of these things really soon
dan ill send you a pic of the xd after dumped on coilovers .and ill check and see if the toe stayed or changed. so far tire wear isnt showing anything yet but the trip to az will be its biggest test. ill keep u posted
welcome to the site dan. really interested in these but i'll have to grab another set of rims first. so we will see. i don't think i like the look of my set up if i threw these on.
