Alpine.. is SAT ready...

Just got a 2011 Scion xB.. has the Apline tuner.. says Sat Ready... with Nav option.. but.. just radio functional.. how the heck do I get the "Sat Ready" Active?... Color me new to this..

Welcome, So you got and xB or an xD?

As for the Satillite Radio, you need to get a Satillite Radio Service before it will work. Basically, Sat Ready just means the radio is capable of getting the Serivce when it is activated.

Got ya.. thanks.. the xB.. actually.. wrong forum! lol The other side of the issue is.. when I hit the "Sat" button.. nothing comes up indicating it's even present... seems as though something, sat tuner?, is missing.
