i got 3 trophies at the last show i went to (only xD so they gave me all 3 lol) and for those who dont know, that is Michael Kennedy standing being me, director of marketing for Scion and Toyo trucks.
the worst thing about this was that the night before i took 20 trophies from my tC and turned them into 1 trophy cuz i was tired of all the space they took up, lol. now i have more. >.<
No not yet, but I was hoping that might help a little after I get it done... And it seems like it's not scraping quite as much now that I had the car out on the road a few times, maybe the springs just needed to get seated properly... I'd like to get under there and look at how exactly the rubbing is happening, but today it's ugly and raining outside...
I also want to try driving the car with 4 adults in it, just as a test to see how bad it might rub fully loaded... although i hardly ever ride anyone else normally in the car except my two young daughters who don't weigh very much...
instead of cutting and what not, what about changing tire sizes?

Well, that is my plan - but the tires that are on there now only have about 6K miles on them, so they're practically new yet... when it's time to put new rubber on, I'll probably go with a 215 tire instead of the 225's I have on now... only thing is, by the time it's time to change out my tires, I'll probably have the edges of the wheel well liners worn down enough that they don't scrape anymore...

wait, Katch those are only 18's? they look like 20's on the xD!!!
yes they are. i can't afford 20's or 19's. this was already pushing it for me on the wallet. 20 would be too big for the look i want. and 19 if was just a little cheaper i'd go that route. but the few g's i spent on the 18's was just in my budget.

thanks! I'm trying to get some tC alloys but god...people are either charging WAY too much for a set without tires/ or way too much for a set w/ baldies...:shakes head: nothing reliable haha
