you what funny? I don't recall any...ANY...engine pics from ANY FT-86 pictures or coverage I have seen. Who is to say the 2.5l engine really is a Subaru EJ25? could it be the new 2.5L from the tC? that engine in the FT would be good....thoughts?

I agree with post on that site. for $25K it best be boosted. or have lots of luxury over other scion brands. If it is just a $25K with 2.5 that puts out only 175ish hp then why. I can spend $25K and let my wife get her Nissan Juke (1.6L stock turbo puts 188hp), or I can get me a Mazdaspeed 3 for about $26K (2.3L with stock turbo does 263hp), or I could get me a VW GTi for about $26K (2.0L wuth stick turbo 200hp)

I thought I'd heard something about AWD with this vehicle. Any word on this?

Rumors have been everything, FWD AWD RWD. But I personally rather have Boost over AWD if I had to choose. But the Juke will be boosted and AWD as option but you have to go with Auto tranny. And from what I understand it is variable valving tranny which is cool but it's not a hybrid tranny (auto with manual abilities )

oh and being Scion probably FWD

hard to believe if it's a Scion. I keep thinking FrontSide-Rear when I see the FR-S

Yeah my wife wants the Juke adn we live in Florida so AWD is not a necessity and she wants Manual over AWD. But if/when we get one the xD will become my sole Daily Driver
