basically one guy was talking on his cellphone while driving, smacked a van so hard he pushed the muffler of it enough to pop the vans tire. then the van ended up plowing into me, cracking my left side of my bumper and denting/scuffing my hatch. sooo i was told to get a lawyer, i did. and the lawyer is making me see a chiropractor, which led to the chiropractor to saying my upper and lower area of my spine are straight a little bit when they should be curves. so he is like cracking my back in ways never known to man kind haha and it feels so nice haha. but my question as... as i suppose to get a lawyer? because i keep hearing i shouldnt of got a lawyer and done it myself. but on the other side people are saying i did right, and the lawyer will find loopholes to get a bit of cash back and pain/suffering just so long as i sign a paper saying he gets a certain percent back. .... my lawyer is a guy named paul gaudet in vegas, and apparently has a good rep... so im keeping my fingers crossed. and he mention its good i gave him the insurance of everyone/police report/pictures i took. sooo what do you guys think

your getting money back. esp. because your going to see a chiropractor. same thing happen to me a month and a half back on my moms corolla . But yea you did good cause even though they take about a third of your settlement. its still more then what you might get on your own. goodluck
thanks bro haha, all i was hoping for even if i did get cash back was just enough maybe to buy an indash touchscreen cd/ipod player and have a bit to throw in the bank. :/ not sure if you saw but the pics of damage i posted a little
lol hopefully haha, and the best part about it, on my police report. the guy even admitted he was on his cell phone talking. so this is like a no brainer
when my accident happened. the cop was right behind me lol. but yea if im not mistaking. theres a limit depending on value damage vehicle. how long you need to be at chiropractor (prolly 2 months). they told me ranges from 1-3k.
i see,and wow. thats a lot of money to have won haha. and nah, im not really 11 xd_kidd. haha im 23, i was just rushing and didnt realised i messed up the bday :P
yeah you cant stop otherwise they we will be like "oh hes not hurt therefore hes not getn money" you have to go and keep mouth shut lol
No, I'm not sure how it varies from state to state but in Louisiana you have a year to file a claim. The lawyer is trying to hurry up and flip him for quick cash.
could be but i can see if lets say 5months later he wants to file a claim. Im assuming the process will be a bit harder cause the other party would believe pain could of came from some other event. that makes sense right? lol
