2 screws hold the cluster in place. remove them and the whole gauge panel comes out. take the plastic cover off the needles. the needles themselves just pull off. it seems like they are on there really good, but give them a firm little pull and they come right off. then put the new gauges on and re install the needles in the same position they were in. it was really a pretty simple install. only took about 10 minutes.
