Tail Lights
 

hey has anyone found any tail lights like these TRDSparks ones?

Lots of dealers have the part (PTS25-52081) listed on their parts list pages for between $325-$375, but I read somewhere the part was discontinued. Maybe trying calling a dealership that has the part listed on their site and ask them if they have it?

If you do buy these make sure to run a bead of silicone on all seals. Their were several xD owners complaining of moisture getting inside the lens and damaging the circuitry.

those are lame, if you are going to do LED's, do what I did. troy saw them in person. I just bought the tower LED bulbs (that have LED's all around the light and firing out towards the back). troy can attest, mine are bright.

I can't remember how brilliant his taillights are, as i was blinded by the HIDs... :cool:

ha, I still haven't put my own HIDs in yet... :eek:

i didn't have the HID's when i visited you, i only got those on the new xD in april.

I'm in the process of repairing a TYC light that burned out. going tomorrow to my electronics instructor

Where do get the tyc lights tho??? I've searched like a MADD man

they were put on a stop sell. you can;t get them unless someone that has a set sells them. but most burned out. I now know it's teh control board. pulled it out and fired up the LED's today. Monday, we will finish the job on both lights. I need one that works to get all the amperage settings. May as well fix it so it doesn;t burn out either

I wish they're was a way to mod one. I just want a diff. Look

mine are different but to almost or probably everyone they look the same as the stocks. :bleh:

I bought these lights from Sparks before me car was even delivered. First thing I did when I brought me car home was swap pit the lights. I haven't had a problem in over two years and nearly 60,000 miles. If it makes a difference, I almost always have my lights on.

I like them. Glad I haven't had a problem yet... Also glad I have the originals in a box just in case the LEDs give out.
